Delilah Lookout is located in the Hume District of the Sequoia National Forest in Township 13 S., Range 26 E., Section 11 at an elevation of 5,156 feet. Delilah is not in operation continuously at this time, but is used when fire danger is very high. The original lookout was built pre 1916 with the tower built in 1924 with a cabin below and replaced in 1959 and in 1967 with a steel tower from Lemore Naval AFB.
